A fantastic, fun original deadstock puzzle greeting card from the 1940s!

The puzzle game is to try to remove the die cut seal + inner tube from the card without ripping or tearing the card. The answer to the puzzle is on the reverse.

Available in separate listing is a similiar card with a lion/tiger and a monkey. Second image shows the card slightly bent to show the mechanics of the puzzle.

Beautifully litho printed in England with vibrant, intense colours. They don’t print like this anymore!

Text on the card reads: “A birthday cards that’s really new, for here’s a puzzle just for YOU. Now let’s find out if you are quick, to see the way to do the trick. And if you can’t wait - well don’t despair, read at the back - it tells you there!”

These are all unused and in excellent condition although may have the odd small mark as this is a vintage item that is over 80 years old.

Printed on heavyweight card, these really are very special and unique! Once they are gone, they’re gone.
